Aron Stanić
Customer Success ManagerAron works closely with Inchoo clients as a strategic partner, helping them define priorities, identify growth opportunities and align their eCommerce initiatives with real business goals. His focus is long-term value, ensuring that collaboration between clients and Inchoo teams is structured, meaningful and results-driven.
With more than a decade of experience in eCommerce, sales and consulting, Aron brings a deep understanding of how online businesses operate. From operational challenges to strategic decision-making. Over the years, he has worked with merchants across different industries, which allows him to quickly grasp context, constraints and growth potential.
Before rejoining Inchoo, Aron worked as a consultant at Klevu, where he collaborated with international merchants on improving search experience and conversion performance. This additional perspective further strengthened his ability to connect technology, user behavior and commercial results.
Within Inchoo, Aron’s role is to ensure that clients have clarity of direction, clarity of priorities and clarity of expected outcomes. He acts as a bridge between business strategy and delivery teams, helping translate complex needs into actionable initiatives.
Aron holds a degree from the Faculty of Economics in Osijek (MBA equivalent) and remains active in the local business and IT community through mentoring and occasional lectures.
Outside of work, he enjoys time with his family and keeps up with a long-standing Saturday morning coffee tradition with friends. Once a runner and basketball enthusiast, today he channels most of his energy into keeping pace with his two children.
